Marcel Arsenault is the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Real Capital Solutions. Over more than 40 years, he has purchased and managed more than 395 real estate investments totaling approximately $5.12 billion, and is among the most active private owners of commercial real estate in the western United States. During his career, Arsenault completed workouts on more than 21 million square feet of property acquired during the RTC and savings and loan crisis and accurately predicted the housing-led U.S. recession, selling 80 percent of his portfolio at market peak.
