Marcelo Llorente is a veteran commercial broker with an impressive track record. In 2010, Marcelo and Matthew Llorente formed Global Group Realty. Marcelo is the Commercial Director of Global Group, having spent the early years of his real estate career with the commercial division of The Keyes Company. Marcelo is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Marcelo has received several impressive awards for his commercial real estate success: Marcelo sold over $100 Million in his first five years in commercial real estate; in his fifth year in commercial real estate, he ended the year with more than $38 million in closed sales, which made him #1 in commercial sales and #2 in the entire company, among over 2,000 associates.
His uncanny ability for analyzing business opportunities coupled with his results-oriented approach, have made him well-respected among his peers. Marcelo has extraordinarily strong ties in the South Florida community and his name is recognized by city and county leaders.
Prior to becoming a commercial realtor, Marcelo was Vice President of a prestigious wholesale company and directed its sales efforts to new heights, selling national programs to mass merchants, including Home Depot, Target, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, among others. Marcelo got his start in the retail industry and managed a retail chain for 18 years. This retail and wholesale experiences combined, is what gives him the expertise to help his clients find the right properties in the commercial real estate arena.
