Based in Cresa’s New York office, Marcus Craddock brings more than a decade of experience across commercial real estate brokerage and CRE technology. His background spans advisory, leasing, and data driven strategy, giving clients a uniquely informed perspective on today’s office market.
Prior to joining Cresa, Marcus held roles at JLL Technologies, where he served as a Technology Advisor supporting brokerage and client strategy, as well as at industry leading platforms including CoStar, CompStak, and WeWork. This foundation at the intersection of brokerage and market intelligence allows him to pair real time data with negotiation strategy to drive measurable outcomes for tenants.
