• Lead principal capital deployment across the Mid-Atlantic, sourcing, underwriting, and executing land and real asset acquisitions with responsibility from initial investment thesis through monetization.
• Originate and negotiate acquisitions directly with landowners, brokers, and counterparties, structuring transactions to manage entitlement, market, and execution risk while targeting long-term value creation.
• Drive asset management and value creation strategies across the regional portfolio, including entitlement, zoning, pre-development planning, and positioning assets for sale, joint venture, or phased takedown execution.
• Structure and oversee joint ventures with best-in-class national and regional developers and builders, aligning governance, economics, and execution incentives to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
• Lead investment underwriting and diligence, evaluating market fundamentals, development feasibility, capital stack optimization, and exit strategies; prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Oversee transaction execution and asset performance, including budgets, schedules, consultant teams, and milestone tracking, ensuring disciplined execution from acquisition through disposition.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with developers, capital providers, municipalities, and advisors to source opportunities, execute partnerships, and position assets for monetization across market cycles.
