As a boy, Marcus helped his aunt in the office and soon realized his facility and passion for testing different approaches in order to maximize efficiency with office tasks. No surprise then, that his role as the go-to person for administrative duties including computer-related issues is well suited. When agents need something done, whether it’s listing a site or managing advertising needs, Marcus is there to assist. Resourceful and clever, he is always quick to greet clients and agents with a smile. As an emerging actor he has learned that there are many different roles to play in life. His experience on stage and as a director and writer has taught him to put himself in the shoes of clients at Nu-Place in order to better assess their needs. In addition, Marcus is a licensed real estate salesperson. Equipped with his well rounded knowledge of this industry coupled with his seasoned organizational and managerial skills, he seamlessly guides his buyers, renters and sellers to the closing table.
