We are a small family team (dad and 2 sons) with 25plus years in storage,pawnshop,light industrial, and residential experience. Our focus now is light industrial and storage. Not climate controlled, but large enclosed storage 12x30 at minimum. We design, gm,pm out builds and manger them ourselves. We are 2 years into a 10 yr goal to hit 1 million sqft in lease spaces.
