Marcus Yamamoto is a First Vice President at CBRE. Focused exclusively on healthcare and life sciences real estate, Mr. Yamamoto has been involved in over 3 million square feet of medical office leasing and investment sale transactions in the Puget Sound region.
Mr. Yamamoto joined the CBRE Puget Sound Healthcare Properties Group in 2011. Over the past 16 years, the group has specialized exclusively on the healthcare segment of commercial real estate in the Puget Sound, assisting tenants and owners in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of healthcare real estate. Their clients include regional health systems, physician groups, and owners of healthcare related commercial real estate. The team as a whole has executed over 5 million square feet of medical office transactions and currently represents over 2 million square feet of medical office space in the region.
