Co-founder of Kirby Kapital, a ground-up development company started in 2022 with over $10M+ in active development, Margaret understands the full picture of investing in commercial real estate, and she uses that expertise to astutely guide her partners through their decision-making process.
Originally from California, Margaret ventured to Montana in 2011 and has been a transplant ever since. With her undergrad in marketing and an M.B.A. from the University of Montana, she played a pivotal sales role in several prominent tech companies going through hyper growth. As she helped many small to medium-sized businesses leverage technology to enhance their operational efficiency, she felt a calling to help those same entrepreneurs in her home state of Montana through her expertise in real estate.
