Margarita is very passionate about New York real estate. Margarita has helped manage Sterling23 since its inception in 2009 and has assisted thousands of people to find their dream homes. She is devoted to working with her clients to understand their individual needs when it comes to buying or selling a home, or finding the right rental unit. Margarita always puts forth her best effort to ensure her clients obtain the result they desire.
Margarita has a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and mathematics and Masters of Science in accounting, all of which helps her comprehensively analyze the real estate market to provide sound advice and recommendations to home owners, landlords and prospective tenants.
Margarita was raised in Russia and is fluent in Russian. Currently living in Astoria, Margarita has also resided in Bay Ridge and Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
