As a full-time real estate professional and the 2024 Door County REALTOR® of the Year, Maria Jacobs offers much more than standard real estate services; she provides a partnership built on genuine care and expert advocacy. Known for her tireless work ethic and clear, effective communication, Maria makes the complexities of the Door County market feel seamless and rewarding for every client.
Maria’s background is rooted in a deep understanding of service, marketing, and law, and supported by rigorous continuing education. Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, she brings a sophisticated level of contract expertise and negotiation strategy to the table. Her specialized certifications—including ABR®, SRS, PSA, and RENE—ensure that whether you are buying or selling, your goals are met with tailored, expert solutions.
A dedicated community leader, Maria’s commitment extends beyond the closing table. From her multi-year Excellence in Professionalism Awards to her board service with the Door County Board of REALTORS® and Habitat for Humanity, and her committee involvement within the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association, she is a respected voice in the industry. Currently, she serves on the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association’s Fair Housing and Opportunities Committee and the Door County Board of REALTORS®’s Distinguished Service Award Committee and volunteers as a Treasurer for a local Girl Scout Troop.
