Mrs. Ross is the Property Manager of the SugarOak Richmond portfolio and Vice President of Property Management and Leasing for Westwood Office Park in Fredericksburg, VA. Mrs. Ross has 8 years of property management and leasing experience and has worked over 20 years in the banking industry. She understands the dynamics of managing and overseeing day-to-day operations and negotiating leases, managing rental income and overseeing maintenance requirements.
