Marianne Skorupski joined Colliers in April 2024 as the Director of National Office Research. In this role she drives national thought leadership, sharing her expertise on office trends, and supporting key client-facing business development efforts. She also supports the national healthcare practice. Marianne works closely with local research teams, crafting insightful analyses of industry trends for market reports, presentations, and research initiatives.
Marianne has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate research. She spent eight years at Newmark, most recently as the Director of Research, Southeast. In that role, she was responsible for market statistics and thought leadership for the southeast, and she published several national reports. Marianne was the Research Manager for the Washington, DC-Baltimore region for CBRE for seven years. She started her career in real estate at GVA Advantis in Panama City Beach, Florida. Before joining Colliers, Marianne was a product strategy manager for TSYS where she analyzed industry and competitor trends to identify and highlight opportunities for investment and development.
