Marina Hammersmith, CCIM, joined Medical Office Brokers in 2024 as part of M|T HealthcaRE Partners, a specialized real estate team focused on healthcare, established with her partner, Tyrel Williams. Hammersmith brings her 25+ years of healthcare real estate expertise along with her extensive hands-on experience in healthcare asset management, property management and brokerage. Over her tenure in healthcare real estate, Marina has successfully negotiated thousands of transactions ranging from land and multi-tenanted MOB purchases and sales to all specialties of healthcare leases. She has worked with such clients as Lillibridge Health Services, NexCore Group, Southwest Kidney, AleraCare and HonorHealth.
When she’s not advocating for her clients, Marina spends hours in volunteer service to The CCIM Institute through her efforts in the local chapter and several national committees and subcommittees. For her, giving back to CCIM and mentoring future leaders fulfills a drive and passion for the commercial real estate industry.
In her spare time, Marina enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, paddle boarding and photography, but her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her two teenage boys.
