Marine CHARLES joined B&B HOTELS in January 2024 as CEO of France, later becoming CEO of Western Europe. Prior to this, she held several key roles, including Deputy Director of Strategy and Planning at Casino Group, and Director of Management Control and Projects for its international operations. She then took on responsibility for Strategy and Development at Saint-Gobain's Building Distribution Sector. In 2016, she became Deputy Managing Director of Lapeyre, where she was promoted to Managing Director in 2019. In 2022, she was appointed Managing Director of Saint-Gobain Weber France.
