Mario Borda leads our team by consulting and negotiating with buyers and sellers of commercial properties. He has been a licensed real estate agent for over a decade and has been involved in over a half billion dollars in commercial transactions during this time. Mario's experience in Hotels, Office, Retail, and Development sites is extensive.
Mario specializes in off-market transactions working for real estate firms as well as, REITs, foreign companies, sovereign funds, and major multinationals from China, the Middle East, Europe, and South America. He has extensive experience representing leaders in note sales and transaction properties during foreclosure and bankruptcies.
