Marisa Gadlin is Senior Vice President of Asset Management within Core Holdings & Real Estate Services for Rockefeller Group. In this role, Ms. Gadlin is responsible for the long-term value enhancement activities at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, and 745 Seventh Avenue – the trophy properties in Midtown Manhattan comprising the Core Holdings portfolio. In addition, Ms. Gadlin is responsible for comprehensive asset management oversight of her department’s portfolio operations, including all leasing transactions, facility management, and project management, in coordination with Rockefeller Group’s internal and external teams. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Ms. Gadlin was Vice President, Asset Management, for Paramount Group, responsible for the asset management of nine buildings in New York City and San Francisco totaling more than nine million square feet. Ms. Gadlin joined Paramount Group in their acquisitions department in 2006 and held various positions of increasing authority before transitioning to asset management in 2017. In 2014, she was involved in the coordination and organization of internal processes for the largest ever REIT IPO for Paramount Group, which raised upwards of $2.7 billion. Prior to Paramount Group, Ms. Gadlin worked for Tishman Speyer, a global investment management firm specializing in commercial real estate, from 2004 to 2006. Previously, she was an analyst at Rothschild in the mergers and acquisitions group. Ms. Gadlin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
