Mark Alley specializes in facilitating both investment and owner-user oriented commercial real estate transactions in Colorado’s marketplace. Prior to joining Pinnacle in 2021, Mark spent 10 years in the acquisitions sector of the oil and gas industry, where he connected private capital to various types of operated and non-operated investments.
Mark has a passion for underwriting and analyzing commercial assets in the $1M-$25M range. His top priorities are to help assist investors and business owners with building their portfolios, generating wealth, and understanding their wants/needs.
