Mark oversees the development of the company’s growing industrial property portfolio, as well as the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. Prior to joining Sterling Bay, Mark served as Principal at the Chicago-based Nicolson, Porter & List for over 20 years where he managed the company’s acquisitions and developments including land speculation, land assemblage and development of all industrial properties. Mark earned a BA from Lawrence University.
