Appointed Senior Vice President in 2011, Mark was Voit’s San Diego Top Producer in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Mark has been one of the Top 5 to 10 salesmen at Voit Real Estate Services for almost every year starting in 1988. He was Salesperson of the Year, 1987, with SEG Corrigan Commercial prior to being recruited by Voit Real Estate Services as a retail and investment specialist. Mark started his commercial real estate career in 1985 with an in-house brokerage firm owned by the largest development company in Vienna, Austria. At SEG/Corrigan, he was involved in site acquisition, project leasing and sales. Specializing in Tenant Representation, retail leasing and investment sales of property over the past 31 years, Mark has been involved in marketing new retail projects, existing retail projects, ground leases, pad sales, local and national tenant representation and investments, totaling over $900 Million in total consideration. A member of ICSC, Mark owns and asset manages several investment properties and partnerships. Mark was elected to the Board of Directors at Voit Real Estate Services in 2018.
