Mark has over 25 years of management and development experience. He began his career with The Charles E. Smith Companies in Washington D.C., and co-founded and served as President of Midwest-based Lanmark Property Advisors. In 2007 he co-founded and presided over Oxford Management Companies for over a decade. He founded Cornerstone Management Services in 2019 and is currently serving as the President.
During his management career, Mark has been directly responsible for the management and development of several million square feet of commercial space and several hundred units of senior housing communities. In addition, as a licensed broker Mark has been responsible for approximately $100M in commercial property transactions. In addition, Mark served as Administrative Director for The Mayo Clinic – Clinical Trial Services and brings unique expertise in healthy living to the service needs and care of seniors. In launching Cornerstone Management Services, Mark helped provide healthy living programs and wellness consulting to the Cornerstone managed campuses.
Mark has a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University, in Delaware, Ohio, and an M.B.A. in International Business from The American University in Washington, D.C.
