Before joining Commercial Real Estate Solutions as a broker, Mark Ferguson was involved with the development and asset management of investment properties for Boltex Property & Investments in Dallas. A highly skilled financial analyst, Mark brings to the table 16 years of experience in the fields of real estate and corporate finance gained in management roles at Boltex, Banderacom, Honeywell International and Texas Instruments.
Mark earned a B.A. in Economics from State University of New York at Potsdam and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University in Boston. An active member of Financial Executives International, he holds a board position in the Austin chapter. He has published numerous articles in the field of investment and cost management.
