He is advising a range of Domestic and International Investors, Corporate and Lending clients on UK property investment related matters. This includes acquisition and disposal, funding, sale & leaseback and strategic portfolio advice across the core commercial sectors and the various leisure, healthcare and motor trade and roadside.
Mark has advised on over £3 billion of transactions and over £4 billion of performing and non-performing real estate loans.
