Mark Gietl began his Real Estate career in Davenport, Iowa in 1976 after graduating from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.
He has participated in commercial, residential and condominium development.
In 1988 he relocated to St. Louis, MO as a Real Estate Manger for Hardees Food Systems. He worked for Hardees until
1995 ending as Director of Real Estate.
Mark joined McDonald’s Corporation in 1995 in Corporate Real Estate and worked with the Regional Office in St. Louis
until 2002. Since 2002 he has been active in Tenant representation, Site development, Retail center development. Currently he serves as the Preferred Development Broker in Missouri for Culver’s Franchising System and Hu Hot Mongolian Grill.
