With significant and varied experience, and a long-term perspective on relationships, Mark has been involved in the commercial real estate business in Denver for more than twelve years. A relentless student of the marketplace and a dedicated, patient worker, he loves the variety and challenges that this business provides.
Mark started his career at a national commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he won the rookie of the year award and was recognized for his ongoing performance. Three years into the business, Mark co-founded a commercial real estate brokerage and management company where he continued his transaction brokerage business and oversaw property management operations for eight years. Life as an independent company had great benefits and provided a learning platform to give him a broader perspective that helps Mark relate to his clients today. Having worked with Unique Properties on a number of occasions during his career, Mark already developed a respect for the firm, and when he decided that it was important to become a part of something that is greater than the sum of its parts, Unique Properties turned out to be a perfect fit.
