Mark Jindra is a Vice President in JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group based in Chicago. Mr. Jindra’s responsibilities include hotel valuation and underwriting, financial due diligence and forecasting, execution of marketing strategies, and investor relationship management throughout the Midwest.
Prior to joining JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, Mr. Jindra spent 15 years at White Lodging Services Corporation with responsibilities in development and asset management. While at White Lodging, Mr. Jindra played a key role in the development of over 30 hotels including project underwriting, land acquisition, and securing franchise approvals. Mr. Jindra also managed the transaction processes for strategic hotel purchases and sales totaling nearly $1.0 billion.
Mr. Jindra graduated from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business.
