Mark Kincaid has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, beginning in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an accomplished real estate professional with a real estate license in Texas and a Broker/Salesman License in Nevada, he has sold and leased over 3 million square feet. Previous Clients include MedicWest Ambulance Company (American Medical Response), Clark County Nevada (Joint Venture – Fire Dept & FEMA), Clark County Health District and other government contractors. Mark has worked in all aspects of commercial real estate but has had a focus on the industrial real estate sector over the past several years.
He has been affiliated with the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and was very active within the Las Vegas business community. Mark is also a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as SABOR.
In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
