Mark is a Senior Managing Director and team leader of JLL San Antonio’s Industrial Services group as well as co-leading the San Antonio office. His expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and build-to-suit projects. Mr. Krenger’s career in commercial real estate started in 1987 in Austin, Texas during graduate school. He has been practicing in the San Antonio market since 1989 with a focus on leasing, development, investment sales and property management. Experience Prior to JLL, Mr. Krenger co-founded Travis Commercial Real Estate Service, Ltd. JLL acquired Travis Commercial in 2016. Prior to Travis Commercial, Mr. Krenger served as a Vice President at Transwestern Property Company where he led office and industrial leasing assignments and project acquisition / disposition projects. Prior to JLL, Mark co-founded Travis Commercial Real Estate Service, Ltd. JLL acquired Travis Commercial in 2016.
