Mark McLaughlin is a member of the top Tenant Advisory team in San Francisco. His team specializes in office properties, user representation, disposition assignments, agency leasing, occupancy cost reduction strategies, advanced lease renewal analysis, and multimarket transactions. They have completed over 7 million square feet of transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as managing various corporate client portfolios nationwide. Previously, Mark was a member of the Global Corporate Services, Western Region Business Development Team for 5 years. He assisted in increasing CBRE’s GCS business by more than 180 million square feet. Mark has created, developed, and provided real estate solutions, data analysis, and consulting for 100+ client opportunities located regionally, nationally, and internationally.
