Mark has been working in industrial sales & leasing since his graduation from U.B.C. in 1989. Mark recently joined joined Lennard Commercial Realty as a Senior Vice President with previous stint being Cushman & Wakefield LePage (formerly Royal LePage Commercial) in 1993 and has consistently achieved awards including President’s Round Table and Ontario Top Ten earning him the Vice-Presidency of the Industrial Division.
Mark focuses on the Central and North GTA market specializing in - Marketing and sale of Greenfield industrial parks (29 acres in Vaughan $11 mil.), industrial design build (215,000 sf in Vaughan $22.5 mil.), industrial redevelopment sites (16 acres in Toronto $13 mil.), investment sales (202,000 sf in Toronto $17 mil.) and existing industrial sales & leasing.
