Please allow me to introduce myself to you. My name is Mark Nelson and I am the Broker/Owner for
Willow Realty Group, LLC.
After 30 years in the Fire Service, I retired as the Fire Chief for the City of Visalia. Although now pursuing
a fulltime career in Real Estate, I will utilize specific areas of expertise from my fire career to offer clients
valuable experience in contract negotiations, budget management and deadline management. With a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications, be assured I will strive to guide clients
through a positive, seamless transaction with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additionally, I will bring creativity, energy, experience and integrity to every aspect of your real estate
transaction. Raised in a family of educators and the son of a WWII veteran, I learned early on the
foundational values of hard work and honesty.
I am the father of four children, my wife, Mary Kay, and I enjoy supporting our sons’ interest in exploring
the many outdoor activities Idaho has to offer. The boys’ keen interest in trap and skeet shooting led
me to become active in coaching the Twin Falls Youth Shooting Program and as a board member for the
Idaho Youth Shooting Sports Program. Our family truly loves Twin Falls and is happy to call Idaho home.
