Mark Nicholson is Managing Director of Property Management, located in the Houston office. Mark oversees the day-to-day operations of the Partners Property Management portfolio for the State of Texas.
Mark has more than two decades of experience in real estate and property management to his role leading Property Management at Partners. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Real Estate at Group RMC. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years at CBRE, holding significant leadership roles, including Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Property Management in the DFW Metroplex and Senior Managing Director for Asset Services, specializing in office practice across the Americas. His background also includes property management leadership at Cushman & Wakefield.
