Mark has over 30 years experience in the commercial real estate business across the country, specializing in enclosed and strip centre leasing. Before joining Clearstream 5 years ago, he worked for 3 of Canada’s top developers and managers including Burnac Leaseholds, O&Y Properties and Bentall Kennedy.

Mark started his career with Burnac Leaseholds where he was involved with the opening of 14 shopping centres in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes in leasing and property management roles.
In 1994 he was appointed Vice President of retail leasing for O&Y Properties responsible for the leasing activities of 25 properties across Canada including all budgetary responsibilities, management of a leasing team of 10 people and reporting to various third-party owners, asset managers and funds. In May of 2005 Mark joined Bentall Kennedy where he was responsible for the leasing and reporting to asset managers for a portfolio of enclosed and strip shopping centres totalling over 2 million square feet.
