Mark W. Payne joined The Wilkes Company in February of 1992. He oversees 30 commercial and industrial properties located in Washington, D.C., Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County totaling 1 million square feet. His portfolio includes assets occupied by national, regional and local tenants. Attentive focus on the specific needs of each tenant has been a hallmark of his work at the company. Mr. Payne is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Ferrum College.
