Mark is responsible for retail leasing efforts across approximately 3 million square feet of west coast retail shopping center assets in five states. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new tenants, broker relationships, existing tenant relationships, lease term negotiations, managing tenant improvements, budget preparations, speculative space development and evaluating acquisition opportunities. His Schnitzer Property portfolio includes a wide range of national retail brands (from big box to boutique) as well as local retail uses that typically activate strong tenant mixes within anchored/power centers.
