Mark J. Reckers is a 33 year Commercial Real Estate veteran and Founding Shareholder of Lee & Associates-Central Valley. He has specialized in the sale/leasing of industrial and commercial properties since 1987, first in the South Bay Area of Southern California then relocating to the rapidly expanding Central Valley in the early '90's. His experience ranges from advisory/marketing and transaction management roles in major Class "A" new industrial parks to the disposition and redevelopment of excess corporate manufacturing/distribution facilities, with particular experience in food processing, cold storage and truck terminal properties.
