Mark is an Executive Vice President and co-leads the Rubin Schauer Investment Sales Team at Colliers, focused on the sale of commercial properties in South Florida. The Team specializes in office buildings (professional, medical and owner/user), retail centers, industrial facilities and commercial land in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
Mark also teaches Real Estate Investment as Adjunct Faculty within the Finance Department in the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University.
For over 30 years Mark has successfully worked with clients to meet their commercial real estate needs. Whether buying, selling, leasing or financing real estate assets, he is consultative and client-centric, creatively structuring transactions and strategies to meet his client’s investment objectives.
With involvement in over $3.5 billion of transactions across multiple asset classes, I have worked with investors of all types including institutional investors, high net worth private clients, developers and financial institutions in South Florida.
Mark has been a featured speaker and quoted in numerous articles and have been recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate and by Co-Star as a Power Broker.
With a career spanning over three decades, Mark has consistently delivered successful outcomes for his clients in the commercial real estate sector. His approach is characterized by a consultative and client-centric mindset, enabling him to creatively structure transactions and strategies tailored to meet each client's unique investment objectives. Mark boasts a remarkable track record with involvement in transactions exceeding $3 billion, spanning across various asset classes. His client portfolio includes institutional investors, high-net-worth private clients, developers, and financial institutions in South Florida.
Before joining Colliers, Mark served as a Principal at Avison Young, where he was a vital member of the Florida Capital Markets team with responsibilities for Palm Beach County. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Newmark Knight Frank, Amerivest Group, Savills Studley, and JLL.
