Headquartered in San Diego, CA, Mark Schmidt specializes in site acquisition, entitlements, architecture, development and construction for projects across multiple states. Raised in the City of San Diego, Mr. Schmidt earned a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from San Diego State University. He balances his real estate development endeavors with philanthropy, tackling the most critical housing equity issues working with governmental agencies and non-profits on making housing more affordable. His company holds memberships with the Downtown San Diego Partnership, Save Our Heritage Organization (SOHO), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Homebuilders, (NAHB), and several other community serving non-profits. An active member of the local community, he aims to preserve historical architecture and landmarks in Southern California.
