Mark Senn has been responsible for managing the design and development of all projects that have been developed by Southeastern since it’s formation. Today Southeastern has a 20 person development and construction management team that works with him on retail, hotel, multifamily, office, and mix use projects. Mr Senn received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1976. He then went on to receive his Masters in City Planning from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979. After Georgia Tech, Mr Senn served as Director of Planning and Economic Development for the CSRA Planning and Development Commission for 5 years. In 1984, he became Vice President in charge of Real Estate at Bankers First. In 1987, Mr Senn co- found Southeastern and serve as it’s President. He is member of the Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. He also serves as President of the National Cutting Horse Association.
