Mark Snider is the founder and current president of Transition Real Estate Advisors, brokered by eXp Commercial. He combines his vast experience as a real estate broker, investor, developer and builder with the elite resources of eXp commercial to represent client’s efforts in buying, selling, and leasing, of all types of commercial property in NE Ohio.
He was previously a project manager and business development manager with a leading national construction management firm. His duties included estimating, scheduling, purchasing and management of well over $200 million in construction projects.
In 1987 he formed the real estate investment group, Winbury Group Limited and directed the acquisition, design, financing, and marketing on a multitude of real estate development including professional and medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, office flex complexes, warehouse properties and several residential subdivisions.
In 2001 he established Tower Group Realty after acquiring his real estate broker license. Since then, he directly participated in well over $150 million in real estate transactions.
Snider formed Transition Real Estate Advisors in 2021 to work with local business brokers efforts to sell or lease the real estate assets of their clients. He joined eXp Commercial to tap into their extensive marketing resources in his efforts to create an outstanding experience for his clients and customers.
He currently lives in Bath Township, Ohio and spends lots of time with his large family. When not working, he enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, fishing, and reading.
