Bio
With more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience, I bring a strong background in investment sales, leasing, development, site selection, property valuation, and strategic real estate planning. Before founding Blue Island Homes, I spent nearly 30 years as Vice President of Real Estate for the Riese Organization, overseeing a substantial and diverse commercial property portfolio throughout the New York metropolitan area. My Master of Architecture degree gives me a unique ability to evaluate properties from both a real estate and design perspective. Today, as Owner and Broker of Blue Island Homes, I lead the company’s Commercial Division, representing property owners, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants throughout Long Island and the greater New York market.
