Mark has experience as a Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. As a strong business development professional, Mark is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Land Development, Government, Urban Planning, and Feasibility Studies. Mark has worked for other city’s chamber of commerce and economic development agencies. Mark has been in this line of work since 1991 where he started in the Midland Chamber of Commerce. Mark was the director of economic development for the city of Georgetown for 13 years and then as the Chief Executive Officer of the Taylor Economic Development Corporation which started in 2016. Retiring in 2023 from the public sector Mark is now active in site selection/evaluation as a commercial real estate agent.
