Mark specializes in and has over 25 years of commercial/industrial brokerage experience. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of industrial sale and lease transactions totaling millions of square feet. Mark's primary area of focus is The Long Island Market (Nassau & Suffolk Counties)
Mark joined Metro Realty Services as a partner in February 2008. Along with the other Managing Partners Mark is responsible for overseeing all activities that support the sales function of Metro Realty.
Prior to becoming a partner at Metro Realty Mark spent a year as an associate broker with Metro Realty helping to increase Metro’s strong presence in Long Island’s commercial / industrial real estate community. As a partner Mark’s primary focus is to further increase Metro’s already strong presence on Long Island.
Before joining the Metro Realty Team in January 2007 Mark spent six years at All Industrial Real Estate Corp (AIRECO) where he developed his expertise as a skilled commercial / industrial real estate broker.
