Marlease is a realtor with over 20 years of real estate experience covering Northern California. She attended UCSB, UC Berkeley and graduated with a B.A. in International Business with Global Marketing from Dominican University. Her career began as an intern in her local planning department. During the downturn in 2009, she switched to sales for iShares at Blackrock for 4.5 years. She returned to real estate as a research analyst for Kennedy Wilson's Zonda group. Marlease offers knowledge from many years selling real estate as a Community Sales Manager for Winchester Country Club (& other communities) and in resale at: Sotheby’s International Realty San Francisco, Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International Realty, and DeLeon Realty Silicon Valley (the #1 real estate team in the country).
She has been a Masters Club member since 2019. Leading Nick Sadek Sotheby’s Int’l Realty in the top 8% of the brokerage, Marlease is a continuous top producer. Most recently, Marlease was recognized as one of the women who move Sacramento in Sacramento Magazine.
