Bio
Marlin started his career in real estate in 1982. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Master’s degree in Commerce. Marlin was awarded the number one agent in Texas with Century 21 Hometown in 2001 and number four in the United States out of 80,000 agents, closing 196 units that year. Since then, Marlin has closed 180 units twice and has won numerous awards, including Centurion awards virtually every year since 1982. Outside of real estate, Marlin enjoys going to church, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family. He primarily works in residential, land, farms and commercial real estate.
