Marlo brings to her real estate career, not just 30+ years of residency in the Triangle area and an extensive background in sales and marketing but a dedication to serving her clients to meet their home-buying or selling needs. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she owned and operated her businesses with her husband, David. She is managing a construction and development company's day-to-day operations; she refined her sales skills, pricing procurements, and contract negotiations. From dealings with local vendors to major international corporations, she gained the negotiation experience required to secure the highest quality product at the best price available, thus ensuring her client's most significant financial interest.
She also established a company called Life Contagious, an online life-coaching community founded in the belief that they all influence those around them, for better or worse. She maintained an online presence through blogging, relationship-building, and social media management in order to create a safe haven of hope and encouragement.
