Marsa Truscott is Partner & EVP of Newman Real Estate Services (NRES). With over 25 years of professional experience transcending executive government roles at the state and federal levels to co-founding and operating a best in class public relations firm to launching her own retail and fashion brands, Marsa brings strong business acumen and skillsets that make her a cut above the rest in the commercial real estate and energy industries. Ms. Truscott’s focus is primarily on tenant and landlord representation as well as energy analysis and procurement. During the height of the pandemic, Ms. Truscott assisted with the procurement of Kitchen United for its US flagship ghost kitchen operation in NYC.
Newman Real Estate Services is deeply rooted in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in millions of square feet of transactions valued in excess of $2 Billion. Starting with experience at the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (now CRBE) and later Newmark Real Estate Services and Handler Real Estate Services, NRES leaders have represented an array of industry elites including, but not limited to, Mane USA, Oracle, Escada, Marc Jacobs International, ACA, Alex Apparel Group, AFLAC, Sara Lee Corporation, Champion Products, 20 Gates Management, Central Entertainment Group, and Waterkeeper Alliance to name a few.
Marsa is a graduate of Michigan State University. She is a licensed Real Estate professional in the State of New York and is Owner & Co-Founder of BeBrilliantBags.com, an e-commerce based handbag company. As a lifelong, active person in the world of philanthropy, Marsa has been a board member of several community-based organizations, both domestically and internationally. Marsa leads as active lifestyle spending her best days with Bode “The Big Time”, her yellow Labrador Retriever.
