Marsha has over 17 years of retail leasing and sales experience. Prior to joining Sands Investment Group, Ms. Griffiths was a Broker with CBRE specializing in retail leasing, a Broker Associate with EWM Realty International where she handled both commercial and residential transactions. Prior to those roles, she was Regional Leasing Director at Equity One where she leased approximately 2 million square feet of leasable space. Ms. Griffiths began her leasing career with Terranova Corporation as a Leasing Agent Trainee shortly after graduating from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications. She then went on to receive her MBA from University of Miami in 2016.
