Marshall began his commercial real estate career in 1997 with Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Affiliate, as a financial analyst in the office/retail and development divisions. Subsequently, Marshall worked at Transwestern Commercial Services, Ballard Commercial Services, Karns Commercial Real Estate Services, and The Weitzman Group focusing in tenant representation, project leasing, and improved/unimproved property acquisitions and sales. Marshall also served as a Real Estate Director with N3 Real Estate, LLC, specializing in build to suit developments and shopping center acquisitions. Overall, Marshall has worked on millions of square feet of improved and unimproved properties valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
