Marshall McAnerney brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and management experience.
Specializing in investment properties, foreclosures and development land including shopping centres, office buildings, mobile home parks and apartment buildings, Marshall has been involved in over 1.3 Billion Dollars in transactions since relocating to Kelowna.
Marshall has been instrumental in some of the most notable transactions that have taken place within the City of Kelowna including the sale of one of Kelowna's most prestigious Apartment Buildings; the largest mixed-use development in Pandosy Village, development lands for large multi-family/apartment building assemblies and many others. Preceding his real estate career, Marshall spent 20 years in the printing and publishing industry where his experience lead to a Senior VP role at Cenveo, a $2 billion US printing conglomerate. He then founded Earnest Images, a portable display company, which quickly became one of the leading display companies in the Western United States with preferred clients including, Nike, Microsoft, Intel and Hewlett Packard. In 2007, Marshall sold the company and moved to the Okanagan with his family.
