Marta serves as a Regional Manager for B.HOM Student Living, overseeing the Northeast portfolio. She has 10+ years of experience working with both market-rate conventional and student assets.
Marta started her career as a R.A. at the University of Illinois in Champaign. Since then, she has held various leadership positions in operations, leasing, and marketing at both student and market-rate conventional properties. In each of her roles, Marta has worked to ensure efficiency within operational procedures and policies, profit and expense management, high leasing velocity, exceptional customer service and a heavy focus on team building and development.
